RAIN (Robotics Automated Integrated Network) Robotics Pvt. Ltd., incorporated on 16 December 2025 in Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra, is a deep-tech industrial robotics startup focused on developing indigenous automation solutions for Indian manufacturing industries. Founded by Tejas Gholap and Krushna Tathe, the company designs and manufactures Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), industrial robotic arms, and mobile manipulators to improve factory productivity and reduce manual dependency. The company has developed working prototypes of its Haulier Series AMRs with payload capacities ranging from 60 kg to 500 kg, along with robotic arms (2–10 kg payload) and integrated mobile manipulator systems. Built entirely on ROS2 Jazzy architecture with in-house R&D and manufacturing capabilities, RAIN Robotics aims to provide cost-effective, scalable, and modular automation systems tailored for Indian MSMEs, enabling productivity improvement from 50% to up to 90%. The company is currently at the prototype stage and preparing for industrial pilot deployment.
