Previous day’s people use manual work which takes more time to deliver the projects, whereas we are using the new CNC machines and manufacturing technology to increase the production, reduce the time and produce materials with high quality standards. We are using young team of engineers and architects to provide the designs which will be simple, attractive and cost effective. Innovation Continuous innovation is not easy and if you keep using the same method you will experience diminishing results. So we have adopted following processes. 1. Ask customers. We simply ask customers to how we can improve our product or service, they will give plenty of ideas for incremental innovations. 2. Observe customers. Only ask customers won’t work out fully, we keep watch on them. Trying to see how customers use our products. Do they use them in new ways? 3. Use difficulties and complaints. If customers have difficulties with any aspect of using our product or if they register complaints then we have a strong starting point for innovations. Make our product easier to use, eliminate the current inconveniences and introduce improvements that overcome the complaints. 4. Combine. Combine our product with something else to make something new. It works at all levels. Think of a suitcase with wheels, or a mobile phone with a camera or a flight with a massage. 5. Eliminate. What could we take out of our product or service to make it better? Dell eliminated the computer store, Amazon eliminated the bookstore, the Sony Walkman eliminated speakers and record functions. 6.
