Nature of Business and Vision for Innovation, Development, and Scalability Retroindica Diagnostics and Therapeutics is a dynamic biotechnology enterprise focused on the development of innovative, affordable, and scalable diagnostic solutions to address urgent global health needs. At the core of its mission is the commitment to scientific excellence and equitable healthcare delivery through the creation of multiplex and singleplex lateral flow immunoassays for infectious diseases and cancer biomarkers. As part of its translational research initiatives, Retroindica has developed two flagship diagnostic platforms: 1. RETRO-RV: A Multiplex Lateral Flow Assay Device capable of simultaneously detecting Influenza A, Influenza B, RSV, and SARS-CoV-2. Designed for rapid respiratory virus surveillance, RETRO-RV is critical in the early identification and containment of viral outbreaks, particularly in decentralized and resource-limited settings. 2. RETRO-C: A comprehensive diagnostic kit comprising Multiplex and Singleplex Lateral Flow Immunoassays for key tumor markers including CEA, AFP, PSA, CA125, HE4, and CA15-3. RETRO-C empowers clinicians with affordable, point-of-care tools for early cancer detection, recurrence monitoring, and mass screening. To scale these innovations from lab to market, Retroindica has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Nexogenix Lifesciences Private Limited, a certified IVD manufacturing entity located in the biotech hub of Genome Valley, Hyderabad. Nexogenix offers ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 certified infrastructure with GMP compliance, suitable for regulatory-grade manufacturing, batch validation, and commercialization of diagnostic devices.
