Most of us regard self-driving cars, voice assistants, and other artificially intelligent technologies as revolutionary. However, these wonders would have always existed for the next generation. AI (Artificial Intelligence) will be their co-worker and a ubiquitous part of their lives. The current education system was designed to cater to the industrial revolution where rote learning, remembering and recalling were all important. But soon human capital will no longer accentuate the cogs of the economy and automation will make many jobs redundant. We can frame and conduct workshops / training programs and facilitate skills development with essential adaptations that are required to align the education system to insulate and prepare the next generation for continued professional success. Towards achieving this goal we take a student through a 3 step process which includes: 1. Psychometric Assessment 2. Customized Career Counselling 3. Training Albeit the process is completely innovative in nature, we have used technology to standardize the same. The human intervention cannot be discounted at the counselling stage and will generate employment in large scales for qualified professionals especially for those with humanities background and training skills.
