ROD WHEEL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LMITED (henceforth called, Rod wheel Technologies) are end –to-end innovative pumping solutions provider focusing in critical industrial sector which greatly effects Indian economy Viz.., 1. Mining & Minerals processing 2. Power plants 3. Infrastructure projects Viz.., sewerage / water supply / irrigation 4. Major flood control / Disaster management dewatering Being a Original Equipment Manufacturer [OEM], Rod wheel technologies conducts exclusive site study to achieve below.., 1. Measure existing pumping system hydraulic parameter like flow / pressure / Energy consumed / Piping design followed- Rod wheel Technologies have invested in vital assets like ONLINE ULTRA SONIC FLOW METER / Ampere meter / Vibration sensor & multiple tools. 2. Analyze the above data in comparison to what has been original design Vis-à-vis what’s present performance 3. Design innovative pumping systems thereby achieving below.., a) Design highly efficient piping design b) Design, manufacture pump set assemblies, which will completely eliminate any water wastage unlike existing industrial pumps c) Design pump set assemblies which shall ensure the entire system saves electricity in the range of 100 to 200 Kw-Hr of energy d) Innovative mobile pump station designs available for flood control systems which is first of it’s kind in India. The above innovative solutions contributes to our country as below 1. Saves millions of liters of water which gets wasted in industrial pump cooling / flushing 2. Saves energy / carbon emission onto our atmosphere. 3. Our flood control systems ensures extremely quick deployment of pump systems which can be directly driven into flooded streets / roads / dwellings for quick de-flooding within few hours. Rod wheel has delivered key presentations at below conferences in above innovations.., 1. CII Energy summit – 2017 2. CII energy summit – 2018 3. International conference on mining – 2018 4. PaperEx conference – 2019 As of now Rod wheel technologies have focussed business prospectus with just two to 3 states handling private sector. Few vital project supply references have been created. This will become jump board to expand it’s operations in many states. In addition RWTPL critically plans to expand it’s comprehensive solutions to public sector across various states who greatly need our solutions as per market survey with our existing employees. The above plans directly implies the need to scale up employment opportunities which RWTPL will be creating in Indian market. From a mere 1 person company in 2017, RWTPL have now become 6 employee within 2 years. If we are recognised as start up and granted tax exemption, this will only allow us better cash flows which is much needed for a start up. Thereby invest in assets and resources , employ more manpower needed to cover Indian market which again only benefits local economy and employment.
