RSSK Outsource Private Limited is in contract with M/s Rama Infotech Private Limited for the government scheme of Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) centres, where we provide infrastructure facilities, training facilities, fooding facilities, personality development training, along with the equipment’s required for educating the students/candidates mobilized from districts at our centres of age group 18-35 years for their better livelihood leading to overall development of students/candidates. We as start-up aims to provide candidates at rural areas career growth along with the diversity in their income who are unable to get themselves or their children basic facilities by providing them with proper Training, Promoting, Imparting, Launching, Creating, Designing, Adopting Traditional, Formal and Creative Means of Imparting, Disseminating, Diversified Skills, Education Forms and Personality Development Techniques by providing Training, Conducting Seminars, Web-Seminars, Counseling, E-Courses, Online Classes, Teaching to Schools, college, University, Private Institutions Students, Distance Education, Personal or Group Coaching & Consultancy, Personal Consultancy & Training, Business Consultancy & Training, Telephonic Consultation etc which will bring overall development in the candidates personality. Also providing Meditation Exercises, Motivational Trainings at centres, Call Centre Trainings, Delivering Training Programme on Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy Treatments, with the intent of carrying on the Business of Education and Skill Developments amongst the masses of India and Abroad by own self and/or through Government Schemes, any other Individual, Association of Persons, Companies, firms or such Body or otherwise for self or for and on behalf of any third party under an agreement or understanding whether written or otherwise and on such terms and conditions as the company may deem fit, including to provide food, meals, accommodation to trainers. We with help of our mobilization team, we mobilize people from State of Uttarakhand in districts of Pithoragarh, Champawat, Bageshwar, Nanital, Dehradun and Almora and from state of Uttar Pradesh in districts of Sitapur, Shahjahanpur, Hardoi and Lakhimpur. We our currently having 2 centres, one in Pithoragarh in Uttarakhandand and second centre in Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh where we are providing infra facilities and fooding facilities to these rural candidates which are mobolized from mentioned districts. These centres provides proper fooding and infrastructure facilities to these candidates which has improved their living condition and overall development of these students/candidates residing in these rural areas. We are also providing facilities like proper furniture facilities and trainings to enhance the basic skills and overall personality development for the candidates residing in rural areas and after making them fully trained as they become eligible for good job opportunities and creating employment generation within country instead of going out for search of Jobs.
