To carry on the business of providing advisory, consultancy, and management services in relation to public and private procurement, including the identification, evaluation, preparation, drafting, submission, and management of bids, tenders, expressions of interest, requests for proposals, and similar competitive proposals on behalf of clients; to assist clients with registration, eligibility, documentation, and compliance requirements for government and institutional e-procurement portals and marketplaces; to act as a lead member, managing member, consortium partner, or coordinating entity in consortia, joint ventures, or other collaborative arrangements constituted to bid for, secure, and execute projects, works, and contracts; and to provide advisory and facilitation services relating to technology adoption, artificial intelligence strategy, data protection and privacy, regulatory and statutory compliance, and quality and management-system certifications, whether in India or abroad, and to charge fees for the aforesaid services.
