Bombaat ( concept of SAA Concepts) will be involved in promoting food and beverages from lesser and remote villages of Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. Food served will be from areas like Guntoor, Madurai, Rayalceema, Ulvacharu, Tircuhapalli etc. All these villages have some fantastic and unique food and beverages to offer however due to the popularisation of Western especially American Junk food these amazing villages for the gourmet expertise are not being able to shine amongst the youth of India. The idea is to introduce people to this food since this food is also very healthy ( we are picking up only the healthy aspects of the village cuisines) , make it aspirational for the youth and promote a healthy lifestyle which is not based on junk food. The food and beverages will be unique and will be presented in never before seen avatars. This will also ensure recognition of these remote villages not only across India but also around the world. This will further keep the traditional art and culture of producing the mouth watering eateries (which currently are not in the best financial state and therefore has lesser and lesser people interested in joining these businesses) not only alive but ensure that it will thrive owing to the demand that our business will be able to create.
