The startup will be engaging in designing, developing, testing, manufacturing and selling of Innovative Helmets that are connected with sensors and networks, eg. Post-Crash support, Blind-spot assist, Bluetooth communication, Vehicle-to-Rider communication, Onboard Data compilation, Better ventilation leading to higher levels of comfort and in turn safer riding, etc. Our primary objective is to offer these products at a price level that is affordable to a majority of the market through a strong Pan-India distribution network. We will also be improving the current Helmets being offered by other players in the market, by having a strong focus on exceeding current Safety Standards laid out by the certification agencies. Our startup currently has a team of 25 Engineers and Management graduates, heavily involved in the Development and Manufacturing of mentioned products. In the next few months, we will be recruiting heavily to support our Manufacturing, Product Design, Product Development, and Sales functions. Our strength will reach 44 staff members and 73 associates by the end of FY 2018-19. We are forecasting a revenue of 12 Crores for FY 18-19. The same is expected to increase significantly each year. Our product range has an omni-channel distribution network. Major Indian Two-wheeler OEMs have already started purchasing helmets to sell alongwith the purchase of every two-wheeler. Simultaneously, our focus will be on Aftermarket sales for which we are appointing distributors all over India. Another significant contributor to our revenue will be sales in Canteen Stores, Army, and Police Departments.
