Sarmeyah was born with the sole purpose of employing design principals of Design Thinking to products and services. Our Outlook and Goal is to identify, define and design Healthcare Solutions based on the core principal of Empathy for key stakeholders. Our aim is to provide Disease Management at a large scale for both critical can chronic patients. To enable us to achieve this goal, we are in the process of designing a digital platform which is in the prototype stage which would be disease agnostic and will have elements of global disease management programs. However, the key focus of this platform would be to ensure higher adherence of Tuberculosis patients in India and across other countries which are facing the ever increasing burden of human mortality and revenue loss. BELOW IS THE CASE STUDY OF AN ONGOING PROGRAM (revenue generating) ? Patient Support of multi-city Diabetes Patients via partner platform connecting HCPs, Patients and Diabetes Coaches ? Monitoring BG levels and Coaching on diets and lifestyle care plan ? Dynamic Program Design - need based customization ? Adverse Event reporting to global pharma major We already have 2 full time employees handling 100+ patients over and above the founder member who is focused on program design. With the projects in pipeline, our growth path is strong and target is to support 1 lakh + patients in the next 18 months with a team size of approximately 50+ health coaches, nutritionists, physiological counsellors.
