ScotsGrad established in 2018 as an educational consulting company in India with focus on career building for students through education in Scottish universities. Provides end to end advisory services for Indian students looking at Scotland as a destination to study: ScotsGrad was set up by graduates from UK universities who are passionate to share the educational excellence of UK education with the rising generation of Global talent ➢ Unique value Promotion is the coaching based counselling known as “Mentored Academic Progression” and we explore on the student’s career interests with deep thoughts and explorations with our UK alumni mentors: ➢ Safely claim to the only UK career counselling organisation that offers mentor based counselling and various support before and after arrival in the UK ➢ Only organisation that offers a UK based psychometric tool assessment with profiling and feedback for all the departing students to the UK so as to ensure they understand their personality traits well and how this may affect their social relationships and work preferences ➢ Launched an international Virtual Scottish education fair in the month of Feb 2021 covering the entire India with a footfall of over 500 participants 1. We are the first in India to have embarked on the knowledge-based webinar with UK universities and we have conducted over 50 webinars with UK faculty directly talking to 10,000 Indian students. During these webinars, we also present study opportunities in the respective university which is presenting the knowledge-based webinar. 2. We are also the first in India to have embarked on mentored career counselling for the UK with subject matter experts; completely free of charge. We have over 25 Mentors in various fields and this is how we support the student in counselling; to make them decide the right course that is suitable to one’s own skill sets and career path and passion. 3. We are the first in India (starting from this academic year) to have launched career mentorship to our students after joining our partner university. Each student will have a mentor based in India and shall support on their academic journey. This support shall include projects, mentoring and career guidance. 4. We also believe we are the only education consulting company (for study in the UK) in India to have given projects to Universities in the UK. 5. We are the only education consulting company (for study in the UK) to offer a GBP 100-pound worth Psychometric profiling (UK based Lumina spark) free of cost to all our departing students to Scotland. This report comes with 40 pages of self-analysis of oneself along with a 3-hour facilitation to understand one’s own personality and to see others in different lenses. These facilitations are undertaken by ICF certified coaches and mentors. Our model is very unique and differentiated and we do not rush into any applications until such time when a student goes through a career mentored discussion with our team. When a student is in dilemma, we ensure that this is first sorted before any application can be made, we do not believe in just applying simply because UK universities do not charge a fee for application filing. Our career mentored counselling makes it possible for a limited number of applications. Moreover, our business model is not in the number game, it is on a differentiation game.
