Sharemate – The Online School (A Smarter Way to Learn) About Us Sharemate – The Online School is run through Sharemate Internet Pvt. Ltd. • Sharemate is founded and started by Amit Sharma in December 2017. We have been conducting a free pilot program for R&D purposes for the past few years. • We’re a Lucknow based Educational Startup, trying to bring reforms in the Indian education sector by introducing the concept of transcontinental education system to give the Indian and worldwide community of students a self-directed learners access to an innovative curriculum and educational model that focuses on the development of the "whole person" from a multiple intelligences perspective. • To accomplish this, we will combine educational, social, organizational, and cultural psychology with a wide range of knowledge resources, as well as the expertise of a global mix of both academically and professionally qualified educational leaders who will facilitate individualized development programs and global outreach that will transform society, culture, and learners. • The main aim of Sharemate is to provide quality education to K-12 grade students and be an inspired leader-transformer. • We only provide after-school programs/courses in collaboration with our official partner schools. Our Belief: Education Is A Systematic Learning Process That Empowers • FACT: Traditional ideas/theories taught in Indian schools do not suit the demands of a global education environment and inhibit creativity. • Despite the fact that this expanding viewpoint is mirrored in countless publications and videos on the internet, a lack of education in Systems Thinking in particular means that most of us are unable to detect these constraints, which are still in place in Indian education today. • Categorization is one particular contextual framework that has been demonstrated to have a major influence on education - a notion that divides things into separate domains of study. • When you look at educational institutions around the world today, you will notice that nearly every international school has distinct departments that control their specific fields of study, such as finance, marketing, accounting, science & technology, art, fashion design, journalism, management, music, dancing, and many more. • Despite the most recent studies on the relevance of emotional intelligence and systems thinking, these strong concepts continue to fall outside of defined instructional categories. As a result, these critical concepts are not and cannot be systemically included into a typical curriculum. Thus, Students are taught discrete concepts that are not related to one another, leaving them unprepared to confront the hard realities of today's professional world. Sharemate After School Program/Course • Sharemate will provide personalized learning from leading educators, artisans, craftspeople, and content creators. • An Interactive and Individualized Learning System for our Sharemate students. • Learning with InTru will be more engaging than traditional classroom learning. • We'll allows students to learn at their own speed. With us, students may learn whatever they desire, in whichever subject they are interested in along with basic Indian School curriculum. • We will give 3 hours of unique tailored curriculum chosen by the students themselves as well as a program presented in collaboration with our partner school.
