Silipur Technologies Private Limited was established by a group of independent consultants with specialised technical and functional expertise in the field of information technology service management. These consultants launched the company. We may accurately characterise IT Service Management as the "hub of the wheel" for both the IT department and the business as a whole as the scope of business operations continues to expand. The engine of every company is increasingly being driven by technology, and more specifically by technology that is increasingly being referred to as "intelligent." The stewards of this technology are the smart people who work in the ITSM work stream. IT Service Management is more important than ever to the firm in providing technological leadership. This transition is likely to begin in the IT Service Management organisation because of its cross-functional character and the fact that it owns critical business processes. As a result, the ITSM organisation has the potential to become a recognised leader in the transformation of IT.
