Skyward Analytics is a boutique data analytics consultancy primarily operating in the domain of health economics and outcomes research. Skyward Analytics Private Limited started as a two-person company. Over a short span of 3 years, we have steadily grown our team to nine members and plan to continue to grow for the coming future.We employ and train highly skilled personnel. Our employees come from diverse educational backgrounds. Our current team comprises of members with Master’s in Economics, Statistics, Pharmacy, Clinical research, Public Health, and Human resources. Our team is currently serving clients across four continents: Australia, Asia, Europe and North America. Our primary work involved development of health economic models (statistical modelling). Using these statistical models, we evaluate the benefit a medicine is offering to patients – in terms of extending their life or improving their quality of life or both. Post evaluating the benefit a medicine is offering, we evaluate the costs associated with treatment and overall management of disease. Post evaluation of costs and benefits, we advise companies on the price they should be charging for the medicine. Our services help the pharmaceutical companies to arrive at an economically justifiable price which they can further propose to the government. This helps them to reduce the ‘to and fro’ discussion with government and helps everyone to arrive at the price of medicine in an objective and scientific manner. This reduction in time for discussion and faster entry to market helps the pharmaceutical companies reduce costs and increase sales. This also benefits the patients as they get faster access to novel life changing therapies.This is helpful to the government as it reduces their administrative burden while allowing them to optimize the resource allocation for those treatments which produces maximum benefit for their citizens.
