Soujhe Innovative Healthcare Devices Pvt Ltd In order to cope with a condition (for example Post stroke , accident , frozen shoulder) that affects both the individual and the individual’s family, neuro rehabilitation helps to create a new way of living so that an affected individual is able to live and work as normally as possible. Neurological conditions can cause debilitating weakness and reduced mobility that can interfere with daily activities. In addition, the reduced mobility and decreased physical function caused by some neurological conditions can also lead to impaired heart and lung function. A physiotherapy treatment plan will use specific therapeutic exercises designed to improve balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, cardiovascular function and overall mood. There are specific exercises designed to activate the muscles affected by the nerves. The goal of neuro rehabilitation is to make the nerves relearn and maximize their functionality. The global Neuro rehabilitation devices market is growing at a CAGR of 15.5%. There is a need to build solutions that aid faster recovery of rehabilitation patients. We plan to build solutions that address this need. Our aim is to build a. Shoulder CPM (Continuous Passive Motion) device that supports Active (Patient Driven) & Passive (Device driven or automatic) modes for the exercises Vertical/Horizontal Flexion, Extension, Abduction/ Adduction b. Devices which therapists can use for assisting patients with their various exercises. c. Serious immersive games that improve patient engagement and thus recovery. d. Smart device(s) based solutions that track, measure & report rate of patient recovery. We aim to make this an affordable device which can be bought by rehabilitation centers in Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities. This will greatly benefit patients who currently need to travel to Tier 1 cities to get treated, thus saving them time & money and also not having to forgo on their daily wage/earnings or miss their families.
