SPGKL TRANSPORT LLP is a startup for the diesel delivery scheme of Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) (ex IOCL or BPCL or HPCL). SPGKL TRANSPORT LLP is also called as ‘Fuelents’. This Fuelents startup will provide DOOR-TO DOOR DELIVERY (DDD) OF DIESEL (HSD) on demand. This Fuelents Start-up will be able to procure HSD directly from supply locations of the OMC or its Retail Outlets, having facility for loading of such Mobile Dispensers. There is a considerable demand of HSD for stationary equipment like generator sets, earth moving equipment, heavy machineries used in construction sites, mobile towers, etc. and these may not have facility / resource to store HSD. There is a demand from such customers for delivering HSD at their door steps. The demand for HSD in India is increasing by the day. According to statistics from the Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell (PPAC), the demand for high-speed diesel is predicted to increase from 27 crore litres in 2019 to 43 crore litres in the next decade. But, the amount of proposed retail outlets will not be able to cater to this. This is where the concept of doorstep diesel delivery and ‘FuelEnts’ come into play. By opting into this new model of business in the fuel sector, we will be able to fill the supply and demand gap and tap into customers you couldn’t access before. Not only will this help us develop our business, and also be a model of sustainable growth. In view of above and to enable this types of Start-ups to engage in the reselling of HSD, policy has been framed. And this scheme can be availed only by Start-ups registered and recognized by DPIIT, MOC only. SPGKL Transport LLP was incorporated on Nov. 20, 2023 by Sharwan Singh and Raju Singh Chouhan.
