SthayInfra Corporation is a construction-focused startup committed to transforming the way small and mid-scale infrastructure projects are executed in India. The construction industry often struggles with delays, inconsistent quality, material wastage, and unstructured site management. These issues arise mainly from manual processes, lack of standardized workflows, and minimal use of technology in day-to-day operations. SthayInfra aims to bridge this gap by introducing a modern, process-driven and tech-enabled approach to construction execution. Our startup integrates digital project management tools, automated scheduling, and structured quality–safety frameworks into traditional construction workflows. This blend of technology and disciplined execution allows us to complete projects faster, reduce wastage, and maintain consistent quality standards. By using data-driven material planning and well-defined operating procedures, we ensure predictable project outcomes—something often missing in typical contractor-driven projects.
