SubK Retail LLP – Enabling Smart Snacking in the Modern Workplace SubK Retail LLP is a profitable, revenue-generating startup solving a persistent pain point in the corporate world: the lack of accessible, affordable, and healthy snacks for employees working round the clock, especially in IT parks and tech campuses. We deploy smart vending machines in high-footfall IT workspaces, delivering healthy snacks within seconds, no staff, no waiting, no hassle. Our machines operate 24/7 with minimal space (just 20 sqft) and cost less than INR 10,000/month to maintain for our clients. But we’re not just another vending business, our strength lies in execution: A hub-and-spoke logistics model allows each refiller to manage 6+ machines, ensuring consistent uptime. High-margin product curation (>25%) and ad revenues from our in-machine screens drive a net profit margin of 20%+. We only operate in environments with high purchase intent and spending capacity, ensuring strong unit economics. Traction: From 7 machines in May 2024 to 18 by July 2025, we’re doubling footprint annually, targeting 100 machines by 2028 across India. In FY 2024–25, we clocked ₹56.4 lakhs in revenue from 1.88 lakh transactions—all while staying operationally profitable.
