Suryaprakash Energy Private Limited (CIN: U40107TN2021PTC147272) was incorporated on 22nd October 2021 at its registered office situated at No.617, 'Bharat Kumar Bhavan', Anna Salai, Chennai – 600006. The promoters of the company are Khivraj group and Olympia group of Companies which has its repute for being known for its professional excellence and business values. They are well established in the fields of automobiles dealership and real estate. As to diversify and expand the business, the Company, M/s. Suryaprakash Energy Private Limited was floated to engage in the Sector of Renewable Energy and more specifically Solar Power. The Renewable energy sources have a prospective towards providing solution to the upcoming energy problems in India. India is a high solar resource region as it receives abundant solar irradiation round the year with over 300 sunshine days in a year in most of the geographical areas. The current state of affairs of the company has set up and commissioned a 5MW AC Solar PV Plant near Kottaimedu Village in Ramanathapuram District of Tamil Nadu largely for the purpose of captive consumption amongst the group companies and sale of power to the third parties. The future outlook of the Company’s performance is expected to grow exponentially amidst the national and global demand for renewable energy.
