PROJECT CONSULTANCY AND LOAN SYNDICATION a)Pre-Feasibility Studies. b)Evaluation & Vetting of Techno Economic Feasibility Reports. c)Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR). d)Syndication of Term Loan & Working Capital Facilities. e)Arrangement of Venture Capital Fund in case of Agricultural Sector. 2.FINANCIAL CONSULTANCY (Govt.Subsidies/Incentives) A. State Govt. Subsidies/Incentives: i)Capital Investment Subsidy, Interest Subsidy, Power Subsidy, Waiver and Refund of Electricity Duty, Refund of Stamp Duty & other Incentives as applicable given by Government of West Bengal under various schemes. B. Central Govt. Subsidies/Incentives: i)ATUFS - Amended Technology Up-gradation Fund Scheme provides Capital Subsidy on investment in eligible Plant and Machinery for Textile Industries. ii)SCLCSS - Special Credit Link Capital Subsidy Scheme for SC/ST owned MSEs whereby assistance in the form of Capital Subsidy @ 25% on Plant and Machinery up to Rs.25.00 Lacs. iii)Pradhan Mantri Kisan Sampada Yojana - MOFPI announces Capital Investment Subsidy for Food Processing Industries on investment in Plant & Machinery & Technical Civil & various other Financial Grants under this scheme from time to time. iv)Capital Investment Subsidy for Construction of Rural Godowns/Silos under DMI. v)Capital Investment Subsidy for Construction/Expansion/Modernization of Cold Storages under NHB. 3)INDUSTRIAL CONSULTANCY a)Registration of Projects - We assist in getting registration/approval/vetting of projects from District Industries Centers (DIC)/Concerned Departments. b)Pollution Clearances - We assist clients in getting Consent to Establish/Operate for New/ Expansion projects from the West Bengal Pollution Control Board/DIC. c)Electricity Duty matters & Power Consultancy - Waiver and Refund of Electricity Duty, Power Subsidy, Special Rate of Electricity duty on Electric Furnace, DG Set Registration and Power Consultancy etc. d)Various Statutory Clearances - We directly assist or make tie-up arrangements for obtaining various clearances like Factory License, Fire License, Food safety License, SWID Certificate & various other statutory clearances.
