This is restricting AIMS to grow its network rapidly and venture in to new geographies. Opportunity AIMS is in pursuit of partners for its new ANM model. The partner would be designated as Agent network Manager (ANM). The primary responsibility of ANM is to shortlist, onboard CSP and to maintain health and hygiene of the network. The partner is incentivized with flat onboarding fee commissions on top of revenue sharing from CSP’s monthly business till the relationship AIMS holds well. Responsibilities of ANM CSP Onboarding: 1. Identify Potential markets 2. Identify potential retailers 3. Pitch business case 4. Assist retailer to apply for counter 5. Collect and deposit Demand drafts in AIMS’s account (If retailer is willing to pay through D.D) 6. Branding of CSP store. Health and Hygiene of Network 1. Monthly sample audits suggested by AIMS. 2. Retailer Separation.
