Because the name alludes to the spectrum of earth's natural hues, Taai Screen Printing Private Limited is dedicated to variety, ethics, and design. Using the natural and native colour, our team of specialists has been faithful to the age-old practise of dying natural textiles. In this way, we hope to restore a harmony between people and the natural world, and more particularly between people and the vibrancy of colour found in the natural world. We're taking a cue from our forefathers' book of knowledge as we usher in a new era of fashion that values inclusivity, ethics, and aesthetics. We're pleased to share that our completely automatic CBR, designed specifically for pre-treatment of cotton fabrics, is the first of its kind in the world. This method enables the continuous dematerialization and bleaching of tension-sensitive cotton woven cloth during the pretreatment stage. The fabric's quality and tension are taken into account before each preselected procedure is applied during washing after dying or washing after printing. Low fabric tensions at each step of processing and a flexible working width range of 1600 mm to 1800 mm allow for the production of high-quality goods.
