TALOE MED LLP builds TaloeMed, an AI clinical documentation and decision-support platform for Indian doctors. It turns a spoken consultation, including the mixed Telugu/Hindi and English speech in which Indian doctors actually work, into a structured clinical (SOAP) note, runs it through a deterministic quality-and-safety layer that checks for completeness, consistency and AI errors, and produces ready-to-use outputs: clinical PDF, prescription, patient after-visit summary and a standards-based (FHIR R4) record for India's Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM). The platform also supports teleconsultation, follow-up, and advisory AI modules for the clinician such as TaloeEarVision, which assists interpretation of otoscopic ear images. TaloeMed is advisory clinical decision support: it assists the doctor and does not replace clinical judgement or act as a diagnostic device. Founded in 2026 in Hyderabad by a practicing ENT surgeon, Taloe Med is a registered ABDM integrator building India-first, compliant clinical software.
