Our startup is building a cloud‑based digital facilities management & operations platform specifically designed for hospitals and healthcare institutions. It focuses on digitising all non‑clinical activities such as housekeeping, electrical maintenance, lift AMC and CMC, biomedical equipment servicing, general engineering work and other facility‑related tasks that are still managed through manual registers and paper checklists in most hospitals. Using a web dashboard and technician mobile app, the platform automates task assignment, tracking, escalation and closure with time‑stamped records, photos and digital logs. Hospital administrators get real‑time visibility of pending and completed work, asset history, compliance reports and SLA performance instead of relying on fragmented WhatsApp messages and offline registers. This improves accountability, reduces equipment downtime and helps hospitals meet audit and accreditation requirements more easily. In addition to facility management, the startup is also developing integrated Hospital Information Management System (HIMS) and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) modules. The long‑term vision is to provide a single, secure and scalable platform through which hospitals can manage both non‑clinical operations and clinical workflows, integrating with existing HIMS, LIS and IoT medical devices wherever required.
