The global advanced ceramics industry is estimated to be at USD 134 Billion+ currently with an expected growth rate of 10% per annum for the next 5 years. Given the radical change that is being proposed in the Indian market, this business can be scaled to any level, we are targeting for 50% annual growth during first 5 years then 25% for next 2-3 years subsequently 10-15% annual growth thereafter. Potential of Employment Generation: In India this industry is in very nascent stages of development with high growth potential. Therefore, there is a transformative employment generation opportunity in this space: Conservatively, we are looking to hire 5 to 6 people at the management level in 2018 and 10-15 in 2019. At the labour level we are hopeful of hiring, 15-20 in 2018 and 50-60 by 2019. Subsequently, more people will be hired depending on business growth. Given potential for expansion of this business the growth in employment generation has potential of being in double digits for next few years. We will look to partner with various manufacturers and suppliers of ancillary materials which will provide additional employment. Wealth Creation: We are targeting that our company will be profitable in two years. This will create the opportunity for entire ecosystem and contribute revenue to the government as well, in form of taxes. Our target of replacing current imported items and exporting manufactured items down the line, will also support increasing India’s foreign exchange reserves.
