Objective: Our primary objective is to build an app to solve the parking problem in the city. Currently, there is a huge gap between the number of parking slots available and the total vehicles in the city. We plan to bridge this gap using our app, our users will be able to choose amongst the various options provided in a more organized an efficient way. Revenue: We have 2 different options available for the users to choose from, the first one is self-parking and the other is a pickup and drop service. The revenue generated would be from a split of the fee taken from the user between our parking partner and us. We would also take an additional fee for our pickup and drop service. Marketing & Advertising: The plan initially would be to create a buzz among the users by allowing users to be on the app by invite only. Once we have our initial user base set, we can then expand by targeting the right users by initially only using digital advertising but eventually moving to a 360-degree marketing approach. Future Scope: Our goal eventually is to become the standard means of parking across India, a one-stop shop for anything related to your car and to build an ecosystem that caters to all these needs.
