Thaligai has been developing proprietary recipes for cooking and health powders and mixes, savouries, sweets, pickles and vadams. The exclusive store housed in the restaurant has been gaining good traction and enquiries from different places have shown consistent increment overtime. Converting THALIGAI TRADITIONS into a full-fledged business entity with separate manufacturing facility and leveraging on the e-market has been our goal. Thaligai physical storefronts and online store with online collaborative grocers such as Amazon and BigBasket would be our entry points to customer’s kitchens. These physical stores would be both company owned and franchisee owned. Thaligai would strive to reach the customers wherever they are and will have a focused strategy to achieve this.
