Rural is a dynamic company founded on training and development of students. We at Rural believe in bringing out the true potential of students by our training programs. Rural has been transforming the lives of the students since its inception in 2012. We started as a small student organization as SPEAK working for welfare of students. Our unique training module and engaging activities boosted the environment in college and brought up great productivity and results for students. /working on principle of by the students for the students and of the students Speak associated with 5000 students and helped them achieve their dreams. Speak as a student organization was transformed into Rural to continue to serve for welfare of students. Rural is the beginning of a journey that prepares the students for a great career. We provide a professional learning environment that acts as a catalyst for the exponential growth of student’s academics as well as extracurricular activities. Our professional, industry-oriented training and activities have helped many students land their dream jobs, launch careers and boost confidence. It was set up with the objective of proving the best in professional education for students. Soft skills development is a great focus area at Rural because a great percentage of success in life depends on a person’s confidence and personality. To help students in personal grooming special sessions are held on etiquettes, negotiation skills, effective communication, leadership skills, teamwork and analytical skills. Our dedicated and comprehensive professional services and support teams work tirelessly with students to quickly and effectively bring up results for the students and the institutes Our holistic approach to learning and development provides a never before experience of completeness and competency.
