"From a customer perspective, getting a custom-made dress designed/tailored is a big hassle. Though there are many offline players available they lack a process and are not very professional. Based on the interactions with customers, multiple visits to a tailor shop, communicating with tailors is a big problem area for them. From a small fashion designer/tailor perspective due to the lack of resources, managing orders, providing customer support, Marketing & Market Accessibility is a capital-intensive and time-consuming affair for most of the small players. Currently, there is no platform aggregating the services of small fashion designers and tailors and this segment has not yet moved online on a significant scale."
