Transform Sports provides innovative and new age sports solutions to schools in India. The company uses sports as a tool to teach the children of India not only about health and fitness, but also a variety of life values like leadership, coping with loss, cooperation, team dynamics etc. The company hires and trains Physical Education coaches and deploys them in partner schools to deliver an age appropriate sports curriculum. There has been a lack of creativity and enthusiasm with sports in Indian schools and we are changing that every day. As a company we are changing the “sports-day” concept of India and introducing sporting seasons instead. We believe that regular competition allows individuals to test themselves and thus find ways to improve and stay motivated in doing so. Over the last 5 years, we have conducted over 2000 small events, which has enabled numerous individuals to compete consistently in well-structured professional events. The curriculum uses innovative methods to make the lessons extremely fun and challenging for the kids. We use technology in different ways, our in-house tech setup allows us to keep track of employee progress, monitor the activities carried out in different client locations, train and communicate within our coaches internally, communicate with our clients on their habits, measure their current health standards and give them attainable goals to reach. Tech allows us to reach out to a much larger audience and giving them personalized feedback on their health based on their personal information.
