Mission (a) Tusker Pharma aims to be India’s most affordable Pharma, Health Care & Wellness Products sourcing hub to Retail chains & Brand owners by offering wide range of lifesaving medicines, Wellness & life style products on private label. Target area: India & Sub-Saharan Africa. (b) To Research & Develop Skin care drug formulations, Conduct trails, Formulate drug dosage forms, File patents and conduct worldwide sale. (c) Create, develop & own marketing Chain in the Asia – Pacific ring for distributing high value formulations starting with European Anti – Cancer formulations. Business Model (a) Tusker has aggregated manufacturing capacities in health & wellness verticals across 9 facilities India. It will utilize these facilities to manufacture & quickly deliver numerous products, direct factory to retail for Brand Owners & Retail chains. (b) Tusker is creating a Formulation distribution network in the Asia Pacific ring to distribute high value pharma products. (c) Tusker is conducting research on creating a formulation for Psoriasis (which has presently no cure on the planet) in active collaboration with a German university and has in 2018 developed a successful formulation which has been tested over 1000 patients with 98% success rate. Further trails and formulation in being done at Germany & filing of worldwide patents is planned to be concluded by Dec 2020. Delivery In 36 months of operation Tusker had owned up capacities in 9 units and has every qualification, approval & registration required for manufacturing, Warehousing and marketing finished pharmaceuticals in all dosage forms & Wellness products in Skin care, Hair Care, Body care & Hygiene segments. Tusker has touched a top line of Rs. 40 Cr’s in the current FY and is poised to become the fastest Wellness Company in India. Present Opportunity (a) Tuskers Facilities are audited by many large retail chains for private label manufacturing . (b) Tusker is the preferred manufacturing partner for Large government owned Veterinary drugs manufacturer. (c) Tusker is the exclusive marketing agent for GERMAN branded anti-cancer products for China, Vietnam Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Myanmar, Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Srilanka, Vietnam, & Cambodia, from its EU certified world class facility located in Germany. (d) Tusker is proposing to launch its patented PSORIASIS formulation in Asia by December, 2020. Founders (a) Dr. Harish (38 years) is a doctorate from the Department of Pharmacy Biozentrum, Martin-Luther-University, Halle (Saale), Germany, (2010) Dr. Harish was awarded State Ministry of Science and Technology Research scholarship award (FuE 62/05). (b) Nikhil (27 years) is a Graduate in Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad (2013) and went on to do his Level 7 Graduation, in Information technology from WELTEC, New Zealand. Market Size Personal Care and FMCG products are to grow to 4.50 Trillion dollar market by 2025 in India. There are only 5 leading FMCG companies in this country and 70% of the population depend upon local unbranded products. Funding Tusker is looking for funding Manufacturing Private label products for retail chains, marketing anti-Cancer drugs in Asia Pacific ring & completion of drug trials for Psoriasis formulation and launch the patented product worldwide in next 24 months.
