The Idea is to create jobs by bridging the gap between the Rural and the Urban. India being the largest young country, meaning having large number of Youngsters, but not able to create jobs as per the need is due to the very fact that most of these youngsters are not job ready nor skilled in any. United Beings Foundation being a Private Limited Company under Section 8 of companies act, 2013 tries to solve this years long problem by giving FREE STEM Education to the every child based on their Pre-Existing Educational Knowledge, by this we understand that every tribe of India has their own History of Work and Expertise in a particular Niche, we learn it and guide them to fit into the Urban market making them market-fit and Small Scale Entrepreneurs at start, FREE to Entrepreneurs and to create jobs is the Idea. United Beings Foundation will need hubs to run these FREE STEM classes, to do so, we sign MOU's with Higher Educational Institutions considering we provide training programs to their college students for all the edge techs like AI, AIIOT, AR/VR, IOT, CYBERSECURITY, BLOCKCHAIN etc.. in the form Internships, Workshops, Bootcamps etc. all at a cost (Very nominal per se) and in turn the Institution will provide us with a space to start our hubs to train the K-12 Students of various communities (Downtrodden) on FREE STEM. Bridging Colleges with Schools, Urban with Rural from Offline to Online is the whole idea.
