INTRODUCTION: Backed by 24 years of business experience in Telecom industry, VAC SOFTTECH was promoted in 2016. New opportunities are created by innovation and development and the quest for acquiring new competencies is a continuous process.. The real challenge is in redefining existing things in a modern way. In our endeavour, we draw upon goodwill of our experience along with our team made up of qualified, talented and innovative professionals, to provide solutions in the area of converged data and voice networks, using open source architecture, with flexibility for scaling up as an enterprise grows. Our endeavour resulted in VAC SOFTTECH. OBJECTIVE: Our objective is to integrate IP telephony with customer’s data and processing it live. This will enable them to have a complete automation process which would, not only give them an updated information every minute but also, optimize their efficiency and yield better results. SOLUTIONS WE OFFER: Our Asterisk based Communication Software provide interactive voice response (IVR), voice loggers, remote extensions, distributed office set up, voice mail and many more such features along with our data processing solution (CRM), across verticals and enable customers to take control, virtually, over their day to day activities to improve efficiency and thus ensuring higher profits. We can provide customized solution to various verticals based on organisation’s requirement. WHY `US’ ? : To meet our objective of integrating IP telephony with customer’s data and processing it live, our front end sales and tech support teams vie with each other in providing effective solutions to our customers. Our team ensures that the customer get optimum utilisation for the money spent. Our dedicated support team ensure this diligently to our customers besides fulfilling deliverables as committed and on time.
