Verso3D is a 3D printing and reverse engineering production company that can help you with Prototyping parts for Automotive plastics & Rubber and small-batch production. We use the latest technology 3D Systems Digital Light Processing (DLP)- Figure 4 Standalone in 3D printing which is ultra-fast and affordable for same-day prototyping and low-volume production. All parts are manufactured at 50micron in Verso3D, In some special cases we can also achieve up to 10 to 30-micron accuracy. Working towards Innovation: Generally, Mechanical Industries spend a lot on tooling costs for small batch production. We Verso 3D, Come up with an innovative way of manufacturing techniques in which Rapid prototyping and small batch production can be done at ease. In Verso 3D we manufacture Automobile and Industrial grade functional plastic parts using the latest 3D PRINTING technology from 3DSystems. Development of Products and service In our manufacturing process, 1) There won't be any tooling costs involved such as Core & cavity and mould etc. Once the designer completes the 3D model we can directly get manufacturing of the functional parts. 2)Verso 3D, Generally delivers the Rapid proto part within a day and small batch production within a week. Through Verso 3D’s Innovative technique both time and cost is been saved in the manufacturing of industrial plastic parts. Scalability in terms of employment and wealth: Right now, VERSO 3D is a small team of three members but we have completed complex work in Industries. In near future, we plan to expand our Engineering team, Marketing team and operations team. Therefore as we grow our team will grow too. ( Expecting 5 to 10 members in near future)
