Young people in rural areas have often found themselves marginalised both by their self-development and by the formulation and decision-making processes related to youth policy. However, young people in the countryside are more profoundly affected than other young people by the transitions taking place in contemporary society. A number of serious problems confront young people in rural areas: relatively high unemployment, marginalisation, a lack of appropriate resources, a level of education below that available in towns and cities and poor career prospects. We as a Startup aim to provide people in rural areas career growth along with the diversity in their income who are unable to get themselves or their children educated by providing them with proper Training Centres, Promoting, Imparting, Launching, Creating, Designing, Diversified Skills, Providing proper Computer labs setup and Tablets distribution (i.e mobile laptops) for enhancement of basic skills and knowledge of people, Personality Development Techniques by providing Training, E-Courses, Personal Consultancy & Training, Business Consultancy & Training, Telephonic Consultation, with the intent of carrying on the Business of Education and Skill Developments along with the equipment’s required for educating the students/candidates mobilized from districts at our centres of age group 18-35 years for their better livelihood leading to the overall development of students/candidates. The changes lying ahead in rural areas and facilities provided by our organisation will have a fundamental impact on the opportunities available to young people continuing to live in the countryside. Computer labs are important in every Organisations i.e centre to enhance the technological research and invention capacity of candidates/students. We with help of our mobilization team, we mobilize people from the State of Uttar Pradesh in districts of Balrampur, Bahraich, Gonda and Shravasti and from a state of Bihar in districts of Gopalganj, East Champaran and West Champaran and pick eligible students/candidates of age group 18-35 years to our centres for their skill development and providing training to them. We are currently having 2 centres, one in Bahraich (Uttar Pradesh) and the second centre in Gopalganj (Bihar) where we are providing Candidates with Training Centres and Computer Lab setup in their Training Centres for learning of Data Entry Operator Courses and BPO Voice and Non-Voice Courses in our lab with Full Setup of learning Material. As these students/candidates are being picked from Rural Areas by our Mobilization Team and then those students/candidates are sent to Centres and get completely trained in Our Computer Labs and after Completion of Courses of Data Entry Operator and BPO Voice and Non-Voice they are taken for Placement which creates self-employment. By this, somewhere, we are also contributing towards the Skills Development Program which is governed by the Ministry of Rural Development and also enhancing the IT knowledge of students/candidates. We are also providing Sale Purchases of Tablets (i.e mobile laptops) Including Repair and Maintenance of Tablets. These centres provide proper computer labs and IT technology facilities to these students/candidates which has improved their knowledge and overall development of these students/candidates residing in mentioned districts. By providing the resources necessary to enable young candidates in rural areas to take responsibility for their own future. We as Startups taking initiative by providing these facilities to candidates for their skill development and review the situation of young people in rural areas and the main problems they face, and also proposes measures to improve their position by our initiative.
