Wadi Surgicals Private Limited proposes to setup a green field state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for producing high quality Nitrile examination gloves at the Andhra Pradesh Medtech Zone (AMTZ), Vizag, India.• Product: Nitrile Gloves are manufactured using the copolymer Nitrile Butadiene Rubber which is composed of Acrylonitrile and Butadiene. It is a synthetic alternative to natural rubber latex gloves which are known to induce allergies. Nitrile gloves are strong, durable, and have textured fingertips for better grip. • Capacity: Initially a single double former high speed dipping line imported from Kendek, Malaysia with a capacity of 8,00,000 gloves per day (2.64 Million Glove boxes per annum). The manufacturing site is being built to accommodate 5 manufacturing line eventually. Additional lines are proposed to be added in the years 2025, 2027, 2029 & 2031.
