There are several essential services that most Indian clinics are currently unable to provide. The availability of these services would solve many of the chronic and acute ailments faced by many. These services include preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic interventions that are not available in most clinics today. Waregen Solutions Private Limited has been formed with the objective develop and deliver these essential services to clinics in India. Waregen has a mandate from one of India’s largest medical academies to co-create and deploy solutions for 32000 doctors who treat 100 million patients annually. Waregen will use the benefits from this large-scale institutional mandate to eliminate the following costs and risks of establishing a large-scale medical services business: • Lead time to build credibility and trust amongst doctors • Costs of customer (doctor/clinic) acquisition • Risks arising out of being a custodian of patient information The institutional mandates deliver national trust(credibility) and reach(distribution), as powerful levers for Waregen's business.
