Graduate recruitment is a constant struggle in India, with only 34% students getting jobs on campus, and 66% struggling off campus. The major hiring happens through campus placements, and it is still a manual, tedious and unorganized process in India. We built a SaaS platform "TnP Suite", which is at core a placements automation and analysis enterprise solution for universities, officially adopted by them, their students and recruiters, helping streamline placements process on campus. On top of the enterprise tool, there is a University Recruiting Platform in action - recruiters can hire graduates across multiple campuses from a single gateway. This helps students get more verified opportunities, helps the college improve outcomes, and help companies save hiring cost-time. It enables MSMEs to hire student talent from colleges which were earlier impossible due to lack of resources. We started working on this in Feb 2016, and already have 75+ campuses officially using Tnpsuite, including top colleges like BITS Pilani University, and 1000+ recruiters. We raised an investment recently, and scaling to 200+ university and 5000+ recruiters in 2018. The vision is to democratize job market for students in India and create more demand for graduate talent. With help of historical industry data analysis, students are guided to improve employability. The platform is self-serviceable and highly customizable at user end, hence cost of new launch is insignificant. The modern technology, and network effect in place (university clients acting as propagators to recruiters, and recruiter clients to new universities) makes it highly scalable.
