We are going to revolutionize the way students study. The average age in India is one of the youngest in the world with 40 million + students, and the majority of them lack a decent place to study and That is where we come in.We offer 3 products that solve this exact problem -1. Using school real estate after working hours and converting it into a study room for students to study at. We will work on a profit-sharing model where we will charge a fixed cost to the student and share it between us and the school at a pre-fixed percentage.2. Aggregating existing private study rooms into one brand, although few in number private study rooms exist in India they vary in quality drastically which is inconvenient for students as they dont know what to expect going into a study room, they also have no idea what is the occupancy of the study room. I live in a suburb in Mumbai and all the study rooms near my house are full, brining all the study rooms under one brand will let us create a app where we can post all the study rooms and display their occupancy. I am 100% confident this model would work because another start up in India did this with private hotels. 3. After we have successfully executed both these steps we will have a good understanding on the hottest places in the city where the concentration of students in high and we will build our own study rooms there. This will let is keep 100% of the profits.As a long-term goal, once we establish a stable position in the market and build a robust network of study spaces across India, we plan to expand SAM by collaborating with leading EdTech companies. Our objective is to integrate offline accessibility with their online courses, offering students a comprehensive learning experience that combines structured study environments with digital education.
