We use traditional ingredients with superior nutritive value e.g. millets to create products which are innovative - healthy both for the Indian consumer and a global one. Our millet cookie is the first to be on an airline and our millet pancakes and dosas have a lot of satisfied consumers. Our products can be exported to meet global demand for ancient grains from various countries. Use of such grains would enable us to create employment both for the Indian farmer as well as the third party manufacturers we work with.
