Background: Most Tech Start ups and small companies find it extremely difficult to penetrate to Tier 2 Cities and beyond because of their inability to develop Offline channel for Acquisition of customers. But they constantly look for options to reach out these far flung areas for scaling up their business. Need Identification: Thus there is need for a Entity who can act as an Bridge between Tech Start ups /smaller companies and channel partners in Tier 2/Tier 3 Towns especially in South India. Since Identification, Training, and Managing Channel partners in these areas require lot of effort and cost, most tech start ups look for Experienced Channel Management Professionals to do this for them as Business Consultant/Master Franchisee/Super Distributor. Team: We have 40+ years of Experience in Setting up Distribution, Dealer and Franchisee and managing them. Exposure to multiple Industries and varied geographies in South India is an edge and make us eligible to work for companies from various Industries. Idea: Idea is to work with Tech Start ups in setting up their Offline channels for Acquisition in Tier 2, Tier 3 and Tier 4 Areas. Main Sectors of focus will be Education, Health Care , Food and Agriculture. We will act as Business Consultant for shaping up the Go To Market Strategy for Tier 2 cities and beyond. Apart from that we will work with Tech Start ups and small companies as their Master Franchisee/Super Distributor and expand their Franchisee/Distributor network. Since it is a Scalable Model both horizontally and vertically we believe in the huge potential it offers and want tap this as a Start Up.
