Wizita is a preventive healthcare venture. Wizita conducts detailed Health Screening of individuals to arrive at a scientific health assessment score for that individual. Using the health risk assessment, Wizita classifies each individual under different clinical-care buckets and then manages their longitudinal care with one goal in mind - improve Health Outcomes. We are out there to build all the tools, care capabilities, and service delivery framework that is needed to deliver a preventive & longitudinal healthcare delivery ecosystem. Our core focus is to assist the Medical Practitioner to make better choices for their Patients and aid the Consumer to avail those choices with maximum ease and minimum hassles.
