First we intend to appoint ladies both in the medical and marketing segments for making the concept of “Sugajeevani” a success. Then we would expand in the area of herbal spas. It is very good source of employment generation. As more medical colleges in the traditional system are being opened, innovative start-up would be a ready source of employment generation. Similarly is the case of the marketing team where a plethora of MBA graduates turn out from management institutes. At the outset we are insisting on the Sugajeevani treatment for ladies because the thrust will be on generation of women employment and empowerment of women. Unique Business Model focusing on Problem Solving Many people are going for allopathic treatment and find it costly and sometimes the ailment does not get cured at all.
