Product : -We have collaborated with global Manufacturers to develop Semi Feeding Chain Mounted Combine Harvesters especially for the indian farms. This machine automates the entire post harvesting process and can cover one acre of land in one hour. Its combining three separate operations comprising harvesting—reaping, threshing, and winnowing—into a single process. It has tech enabled GPS tracking and these machines can be remotely monitored allowing us to operate and oversee machines in the remotest villages. Service:- We are not selling these machines because the farmers do not have access to institutional credit facilities. We will be operating machine hiring centres in the state of West Bengal. We work on profilt sharing model with our franchise owners. With a nominal deposit they are able to rent these machines and we charge 50% of the Sale proceeds. These machines are in excessive demand and run @Rs 60/ minute basis in our district. Process- We have eliminated the Importer, distributor and retailers of the machine. This has reduced our overall machinery cost by 50%.We do not require subsidy from the state governments. The hiring centres are tech enabled and the entire footage of the harvest can be streamed lived to the Head office. These machines do not destroy the straw/hay and this can be later used as fodder for the animals.
