‘YOUNG MINDZ’ can be viewed as an initiative for value delivery in terms of enhancing personality development and communication skills of school and college students through experiential teaching strategies. The fundamental premise for its formation has been to make the entire learning process fun such that students gain proficiency over various skill sets effortlessly. This platform gives students exposure beyond the conventional classroom set up by providing them opportunities to get engaged in various activities which are aimed at building their public speaking skills, confidence, team-working abilities, articulated language usage, correct grammar and writing skills . Through a team of specialized and skilled trainers who work for the sheer pleasure of spreading knowledge amongst the pupils, ‘YOUNG MINDZ’ aims to revolutionize the existing real-time skill building process. Confidence along with appropriate communication skills has been considered integral to any individual’s success in this progressive society. Through our commitment to this notion, we aim to touch many lives in such a way that we make a positive difference to them as an individual and the entire society as a whole.
