ZID FOUNDATION FOR WOMEN When we talk about this organisation initiated by the founder Shweta Chaudhary this name has the word grid meaning stubbornness, stubbornness to achieve something big in life stubbornness to fly high freely without any restrictions making women self-dependent.. is to make others women also fly that is the motive of this company towards others.. the owner of the company has stand this company without anyone helps ..company did a wonderful job in successfully teaching the women of every age as we know age is just a number so it taught females who was studying in schools who are doing jobs or who are of old age groups, homemaker it is not possible for anyone to teach someone to ride a scooty in few days and even it is not easy for someone to learn scooty in few days but kudos to our strong females.. cooperation from both the parties which makes this foundation unique in its own way and at the end the company is able to spread its branch in lucknow , kanpur and allahabad and is planning to open in other cities too...Company has successfully trained around 1000 ladies in just less than 2 years as we know there is a stereotype in almost every place that women can't do anything but founder has different thinking so started a startup where it makes women independent by making them learn scooty in few days the company is able to teach the females scooty without learning the cycle which many thanks that cycle is mandatory not to run scooty but the company to change the people thinking the company not only helps the customers learn scooty but at the same time it helps more than 100 women trainers by giving them employment for jobless and has a financial problem in this company.
