We want to launch products for women who are in stage from premenopausal, menopausal and post menopausal stage. Our first product range will start from skin care section which will target skin issues in women due to who are going through menopausal stages. Our product will be non toxic, cruelty free and eco friendly. We want to give clean beauty products to women. Our product will be transparent to customers about its ingredients. Our products will use sustainable ingredients to ensure that the earth is preserved. We are in the ideation stage of our business and in the process of developing our products for skin. Our products will include serums, moisturizers, cleansers which will target women skin going through problem due to pre menopausal or post menopausal phase. These problems are like having jowls, thinning of skin, pigmentation, fine lines etc. We are solving these problems by using plant based ingredients which are effective without causing any damage to health. Our first product line is targeting the face, but we will also cover hair and other body parts which are affected by hormonal changes. We want to stand with women who are going through pre menopausal, menopausal and post menopausal phase and give them support in every way so that they can walk beautifully through this stage of life too. Our products will give them confidence to age gracefully whether it is concern about women's skin, bones, fitness or other issues which they suffer during this process. In the 5 year time we will own manufacturing and create employment for our people. We will create jobs in sales & marketing, skin care product development and testing and healthcare product development and testing. We want to keep 70% of our employment for women as our company is by the women for the women.
