We provide end-to-end solutions for CSR, Skill Development & Sustainability projects. In terms of providing service to the client, we have integrated multi-lingual application platforms especially targeting village and illiterate users to be able to use our platforms with ease. We have created work solutions which are easily monitored by laymen user and ensured that data is encrypted and not leaked. Integrating this with the simple process of recruiting local leaders for any project at least 50% on site staff so that people who have been living and know the community use their local experiences to integrate locally acceptable solutions to our programs. Each program is customized according to the need and the target beneficiary and involves all the stakeholders at every step of the implementation and designing of the project milestones. We plan to scale every project in the same manner with choosing relevant local solutions only at the ground level. hence all the model projects are same in nature and easy to replicate and scale. Skill Development being one of our major activities, we have enough experience to quickly start the project at the new site as all the common minimum variables in such projects, through our experiences have same variables and unless there are some unaccounted contexts we just need to setup the base and with TAT of as less as 3 days we are ready to start the operations on new selected sites. The 3 steps involves: Step 1: Selection of thematic area of skill development as requested by client or as required in the community targeted. Step 2: Allocation of Resources: Funds, number of human resources, ready of material required for training and site of training is chosen Step 3: Commencement of Operations: When the resources are finalized and requirements are froze, right away they are deployed and the community is made aware of the program inception through various marketing strategies and ensuring that the target groups are informed about the programs. With this approach we have cut down all the unnecessary ingredients of the process and made it simple with fastest working rate and industry best practices.
