We plan to set up food processing centers at various geographical locations to help farmers reduce their post harvest losses. These are called Primary processing centers preferably located in every village or nearby the producer lands to reduce the cost of transportation. The primary processed food shall be value added at HUBS in the region that makes them a saleable end product in the market (Either D2C or B2B). Since the primary processed foods is less in volume and have a shelf life of more than 6 months, it reduces the transportation cost and the need for cold storage, thus reducing the carbon emissions and conserve energy.
