We are a first of its kind Strength and Conditioning Centre in Andheri. We incorporate methodologies which enable a person of age group 15-75years and beyond to be the fittest they can be. The movements taught by us are used in day to day activities. It’s an initiation towards “Hum Fit Toh India Fit” movement started by our Hon PM. Obviously we haven’t been able to reach to a lot of masses as our methodologies aren’t asthetic based. But our vision and mission is to make every Indian fit enough. Also there are researches on our methodologies which prove to cure Type II Diabetes.
